GARLIC HERB BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups superfine almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted (or coconut oil)
  • 2 eggs, beaten

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt & herbs
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the butter and eggs, then add to dry ingredients
  4. Combine dough well, then form into 8 biscuits and place on baking sheet
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool for at least 10 minutes
