INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups superfine almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup butter, melted (or coconut oil)
- 2 eggs, beaten
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt & herbs
- In a separate bowl whisk together the butter and eggs, then add to dry ingredients
- Combine dough well, then form into 8 biscuits and place on baking sheet
- Bake for 13-15 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool for at least 10 minutes
